What is your, “I AM . . . . ” ?

When describing yourself, how do you finish the sentence “I am…..”

Are you saying things like, “I am . . .

ALIVE,

POWERFUL,

VIBRANT,

WORTHY,

COMPETENT,

INTERESTING.

Or is your “I am” statement more like — I am stupid, scattered, unworthy, ugly, incompetent, boring, weak, and so on?

We all have an internal dialogue that has potentially huge impact on how we see ourselves and how we conduct our lives. Do you start your day with “I’m alive, alert, awake, enthusiastic”? Do you believe “I’m healthy, wealthy and wise.” Or do your thoughts all too often go to “I can’t. I’m not OK. I’m not good enough.”?

The reprocessing that occurs within the completion of an EMDR session helps you put those negative thoughts to rest so you can start creating the life you desire and deserve.
